In February 2006, Li Edelkoort opened her first restaurant together with the famous Cypriot restaurateur Andréas Mavrommatis at Galeries Lafayette in Paris. With its refined mediterranean food and concept store, Laurier offers a whole new concept in dining and is a well-being experience.

Li Edelkoort and Andréas Mavrommatis share a passion for creativity, an extreme sense of perfectionism and generosity when hosting their clients. Li Edelkoort and Andréas Mavrommatis started designing the space, imagining a shop, decorating their tables and studying new and hybrid menus. Li and Andreas commissioned I+M architects to design and LCHT architects to construct the space. Nelson Sepulveda designed the tabletops.

Menu
Partner Andréas Mavrommatis worked for 25 years with his brothers to develop the culinary and gastronomic heritage of the mediterranean basin. As a caterer and restaurateur, he instinctively sets his heart on gathering flavours and spirit from the Mediterranean area.

The menu borrows from traditional classics, going from Spanish tapas to Greek and Lebanese mezze through Italian anti-pasti.
